Build fundamentals early. Develop skills. Prepare for high school and college teams.
Development First. Results Follow.
At Park Ridge Jr. Hawks, we train long-term athletes — not short-term stars.
We focus on building strong fundamentals, confidence, and game IQ so players are ready to compete at higher levels as they grow.
✔ Proper throwing, hitting & defensive mechanics
✔ Position-specific skill development
✔ Baseball & Softball IQ
✔ Strength, speed & athletic movement

We provide year-round access to high-level instruction by bringing professional athletes and experienced trainers into our offseason development programs. Players work directly with our head trainers for position-specific skill work, strength and movement training, and advanced fundamentals. Our PRO Day experiences also give athletes the opportunity to learn from current and former MLB players, exposing them to professional standards, preparation routines, and the mindset required to compete at the next level.
